Return and Cancellation Policy

RETURNS:

  • 1. We recommend contacting us first to make sure that your purchase is returnable.
  • 2. Package the returned merchandise with very carefully.We will not refund any damaged product that we receive.
  • 3. Include a copy of the order invoice.
  • 4. Return shipping expenses are not typically refunded. Feel free to send your return via any mail service but we recommend obtaining a tracking number.
Please note:
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase.
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Refund credits will be received within 2-3 weeks, to the credit card or paypal account of the original purchase.
  • Items that are NON-RETURNABLE: Sale items, samples, customized/personalized items, special orders, & custom-cut paper.

Cancellations:

  • Please contact us immediately by phone or email.  Custom products such as custom-cut paper & printed items cannot be canceled or returned if they have already been made.
  • If the order has been shipped, it will need to be returned, and will be treated as a return. In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
