Return and Cancellation Policy
RETURNS:
- 1. We recommend contacting us first to make sure that your purchase is returnable.
- 2. Package the returned merchandise with very carefully.We will not refund any damaged product that we receive.
- 3. Include a copy of the order invoice.
- 4. Return shipping expenses are not typically refunded. Feel free to send your return via any mail service but we recommend obtaining a tracking number.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase.
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Refund credits will be received within 2-3 weeks, to the credit card or paypal account of the original purchase.
- Items that are NON-RETURNABLE: Sale items, samples, customized/personalized items, special orders, & custom-cut paper.
Cancellations:
- Please contact us immediately by phone or email. Custom products such as custom-cut paper & printed items cannot be canceled or returned if they have already been made.
- If the order has been shipped, it will need to be returned, and will be treated as a return. In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
