The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

This site may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed. Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. Marsupial and Lemeda Group Inc. reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Marsupial Online believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Marsupial.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders for unprinted items ship within 2-4 business days. Custom printed orders ship within 7-10 business days for standard printing or 9-12 business days for orders with printing dies after approval of the electronic proof or physical proof, whichever is last.
If USPS First Class Mail is selected as the preferred shipping option, please note that we cannot guarantee tracking on these packages. The risk of loss or damage on these orders is assumed by the customer. If you would like to make sure your package is tracked, we recommend choosing USPS Priority Mail or UPS as your shipping option.
Please note that we do our best to represent our paper colors and textures, but since every computer monitor or device display shows color differently, we cannot guarantee that what you see on your screen will exactly match the color of the product that is shipped to you. We recommend that you purchase a Master Swatchbook from our Extras section to have an actual physical sample of each paper to see and feel.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange non-customized items within 30 days of purchase. If you would like for us to issue you a return tag via UPS Ground, we can do so and will deduct the cost of shipping from your credit. You are welcome to ship your products back to us using your own method, but all product must be received by us in new condition for a refund or exchange to be issued.

Please note that all customized products such as Holiday cards, Wedding invitations, and items from our Sale section are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.
If a product is defective or has a printing error that is our fault (please check your proofs carefully!), let us know within 30 days of purchase and we will determine whether to replace or refund your order. We may require you to return all or a portion of the defective products (at our cost) as a condition of replacement/refund so that we can analyze them and improve our production processes.
